This Privacy Policy applies to the Oraciones en Inglés — Jesus companion hub ("the app", "we", "us"), operated by David Ashworth. The app provides informational pages and links to the YouTube channel Oraciones en Inglés — Jesus. We are committed to collecting as little data as possible: the app runs no advertising, sells nothing, and shares no personal data with third parties for marketing.
2. Information we collect
Account data: none. The app does not require registration, sign-in, or any personal information to browse.
Usage analytics: we may collect basic, aggregate analytics such as pages viewed, approximate country, device type, browser, and referring website. This data is not tied to your identity and is used only to understand traffic and improve the app.
Voluntarily provided data: if you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message contents and use them solely to respond.

4. Third-party services
YouTube (Google LLC): video content is hosted on YouTube. When you follow a link to the channel or watch an embedded video, YouTube's own Privacy Policy governs what Google collects, which may include watch history, cookies, and device identifiers. We do not control and are not responsible for YouTube's data practices.
Hosting & infrastructure: the app is hosted on Lovable Cloud. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) may be retained briefly by the hosting provider for security and reliability.
5. Cookies and local storage
The app does not set tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage may be used only to remember simple display preferences (for example, theme). You can clear this at any time through your browser settings without affecting access to content.
6. Data retention
Aggregate analytics are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or further anonymized. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to address your inquiry.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information).
Because we collect no identifiable account data, most requests can be handled simply by emailing us — we will confirm what little data, if any, we hold and act on your request within 30 days.
8. Children's privacy
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
The app is served over HTTPS and access to any stored data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but given the minimal data we collect, your exposure is correspondingly minimal.
10. International visitors
The app is operated from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, you understand that any information processed will be handled in the United States under this policy.
